Dear Commuter Check Online Customer:

Below are some important new changes and improvements being made with the Commuter Check program.

• A pricing change for voucher fees will be instituted effective July 1, 2007, from 3% to 3.5%. This is a minor cost increase compared to the total size of your order, and the much larger tax benefits that Commuter Check provides. Also, the administrative fees can be deducted as a business expense. [Customers in New England and Ohio will see a flat 3.5% fee instead of the 3%-4% split based on volume. For most customers in these regions, they will see a fee reduction and easier administration.] All orders received after July 1 that do not reflect the face value and fees will either be modified as needed or balance due invoices will be issued. The shipping and handling fee remains at $12 and expedited shipping at $15 additional.
  
  
• We now offer flexible denominations. Any denomination of vouchers can be purchased including cents, between $10 and $110.
  
  
• Nationwide acceptance for a single voucher with the exception of Philadelphia and southern California. This means that you can order just one voucher for all your employees regardless of whether they work in San Francisco, New York, or any other office that uses Commuter Check. By late 2007, vouchers in southern California will also be sold as Commuter Checks.
  
  
• New billing address. Our headquarters has moved. If you currently submit checks with your online order, please remit all order forms and payments to the following address:

  Please make sure to update your billing system. The taxpayer number 20-2116505 remains the same and checks should continue to be payable to Accor Services - Commuter Benefits. [Please note that the payee name and taxpayer number is different for online sales than for orders sent in with a standard order form.]
  
  
• New Website. In July we will unveil our newly updated website which will features a more user friendly navigation, as well as serve as a resource for all of your commuter benefit questions.
