Employee start-up announcement
Employee start-up announcements are used by employers that are considering enrolling in the program. Commuter Check has developed three versions. They are designed to help employers gauge employee interest, levels of transit ridership and commuting expenses.

Introductory memorandums
Introductory Memorandums explain to employees how Commuter Check works. Whether offered pre-tax or as a benefit, it is important that your employees understand program details.

Your memo should include:
When payroll deductions are taken and how often changes can be made (if pre-tax)
  Distribution frequency and procedures
  Voucher denominations that are available
  Refund and replacement policies
  Contact person(s)

Posters/Flyers
Posters and flyers are used by employers to promote participation in the program. We developed a poster for your use on bulletin boards, as a flyer, or in other ways to help inform employees about Commuter Check. We will be happy to produce a personalized master or print a supply for you on 8.5" x 11" card stock (for bulletin boards) or on colored stock (for flyers).

E-mail or call us at (800) 531-2828 to discuss your needs.
